IN NO EVENT WILL GRAPMART BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF GRAPMART HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GrapMart, its licensors and agents, against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, damages and losses resulting from your use of Content or violation of the terms and conditions of the Service.

GrapMart may terminate your access to the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
